Description

You find Glencoe's unique beauty and roughness in its valleys and mountains. And it has so many faces and changing mood caused by the incredible and often dramatic cloud formations. (You will see in my later postings) This day the clouds seem to play like kids. For me it looks like an ocean full of joyful daydreams. And I forgot to tell you that Glencoe was one place, where some scenes for the movie "Braveheart" were taken. Your comments are always welcome and I love to read them!

Lvely clouds indeed, Rita. Artists often say they come to Scotland for the clouds and the lighting. They do not come for the rain or the cold! I have not seen this POV of Glencoe, at all. Regards, John.

What an interesting cloud formation with an excellent landscape scenery. I can see a face in the centered feather clouds looking down at the lower ball of clouds. Or is it my imagination enjoying this capture? Aloha

The clouds DO seem to be playing. The face I see is made by the whole pictures, with the clouds as eyes and the dark ridge line the mouth. Wonderful capture Rita, I can't wait to see more. And thanks for the trivia as well! ;o)

Wonderful - please do post more. Fan of Braveheart, fan of William Wallace before the movie, and some part of my heart beats for Scotland!
