Description

The wind blows the clouds over the top of the Ballon d'Alsace. Sometimes we're caught in a thick mist and the next moment we're sun-bathing. But sunshine or not, it is COLD!!! Minolta X-700 (Fuji Sensia 100, 70 mm) Thanks for your attention and your always valuable comments

Trying to decide between Bjork and "Daughter of Darkness". The thumb looked like the geyser area of iceland but now we are in a pleasant valley bathed in sunlight. Delightful choices not of our own will.

what an almost mystic atmosphere caused by the haze of the clouds with the sunlight shining through it! a fantastic capture of the moment! must have been a wonderful feeling to stand wrapped in clouds with all the snow and silence around although it was cold! ;o)

the sky is just incredible!! such deep blues that look like color of the sea. and that mist is sooooo real i can feel myself sucked up into it and drift away. what is that structure on the right in the background? i'm curious about it. this is truly magnificent, jan-carel, and i can't wait to journey into it more!!!!! vote!
