Description

In a distant land called Avalon you can hear of a great kings glory A haunted voice from the past tells the legend of Authur's story From far away places you can hear the echoes of his wail Drifting across the oceans, touching hearts with the fearless tale~ Mighty in his battle, gentle in his way with the opressed Fierce in defending his kingdom with the magical sword he possessed, Marriage was arranged with the fair Gunievere to be his queen Protesting words from Kings council, Merlin did nothing to intervene~ A round table full of knights with Sir Lancelot by his side, Unaware of the atrocity Lancelot had commited with his bride Betryaing od the secrets fell upon the kings ear's They were banished from the kingdom, a punishment most severe~ The unsavory antics of the duo brought about Authurs demise Drawn into battle with Modred, a traitor in his uncle's eyes Defeating Modred he is wounded, and then taken to Avalon In a chapel he lives out his last hours,Sir Bevedre looking on~ Somewhere in the forest there is a chivalrous knight weeping in shame, Fleeting were his pleasures, legendary is his fame Mourning over his kings grave stood the knight Sir Lancelot Wandering through the Isle of Avalon, in search of Camelot~ ((((( My mom had several seizures Friday and her heart rate dropped by down into the 30's please continue to keep her in your prayers and me also she is in ICU in gaurded conditon..as always thank you for you views comments...:)))

Incredibly beautiful prose the conjures up visions of beauty, courage, betayal, and destiny...it needs no image, my friend...for it depicts so many of it's own. Nice to meet you, as well...Hugs for both you and your mother...sending prayers and positive energy to you both.

How sad Susan that your Mother is so unwell, she is in there for a long long time already.....I thought somewhere in July last year.....It must be a very hard time for you to get in there for so many months....in and out the hospital all the time cost a lot of energy for both of you....I hope your mom doing better soon..and how about you? I can remember me that you have had problems with your lung? Is that okay now, or you have still that same problem....how sad that two of the family are so sick....but God will be watching over you and your mom.....I hope so...but I am happy for you that you have a lot attention, because without friends you will not make it.....and you have a lot so far I can see....take good care of your self.....and before I forget....what a wonderful words you wrote, you are v ery good in poetry...

Fantastic prose - really conjures up the Arthurian legend in a stunning way - might make for a good series of Poser images for each stanza S Hope your mom is doing better now than she had been then - I'm close to my mom too and I know how that is all too well HUGS (glad to meet you as well S)
