Description

We also had stormy days. I was surprised to find such waves in a loch. To get this shot I had to fight against the wind. I almost wasn't able to open the cardoor . And when I got out I was thrown against the car. The wind was so very icy and I stood there in the element like a storm watch! LOL Thanks for all comments and faithful visits. ;o)

I hope you were all right after that? I am sorry you had to go thru that to get this, but it was worth it. It is very lovely and turbulent. Well done.

An excellent shot with slate grey water and bad-hair-day grass; you're a tough wee lassie, and I'm sure all it took to rewarm the cockles was a nice cup of tea.

Yesterday I saw a man on television who gave up his job in England and moved to Scotland just for one thing. Finding Nessy.. but.. in a nine years search, there was never a sign of Nessy.. Anyway.. this picture immediatelly reminded me of that story.

Yeah I would never have expected an inland body of water to become wavy like this...this is easily mistaken for the ocean...Although beautiful to look at the textures, I feel as though I'm about to fall of the bank and into the water...a little scary, but very natural, Excellent =)

Had to get out of town for a bit so I figured I'd go on a trip in your gallery - lol. Sure are big waves and it does look cold, too. Neat shot!
