Description
Walking around a ten foot wall of emerald green arborvitae, one is stunned by the pure size and geometry of this massive sculpture as it hoovers over the reflecting pool. The garden rooms are such marvelous pieces of sculpture themselves, especially in terms of the topographic changes that hide each piece from viewing until you are done with the previous art work. Marvelous attention to design, engineering and gardening, all in the interest of presenting the sculpture to it's best advantage. It truly is a breathtaking sight.
Again, at the Grounds for sculpture Summer re-visit 2004... a wondrous strange place to wander about ....

Great photo. It does look huge, especially with the arborvitae background. Very cool looking. :-)

As always, interesting and delightful.

It's amazing how light it looks, as if just sitting on the water barely touching it, while it must be a really heavy piece of sculpture. Your composition looks almost abstract :) Love it :)

Just a wee bit more head room on this one - amazing work of sculpture. You've got the right angle for the reflections.
