Description

On our bushwalk this afternoon we came across a small mob of young kangaroos, and off in the distance two young males (boomers, the females are called flyers) were play fighting. Unfortunately, my camera isn't particularly good, but I was happy to have this tiny capture to sketch a study from :) ~*@*~ Created in Photoshop. ~*@*~ Thank you for viewing and your feedback is always appreciated :)

Aha! I see you're in true "Australian Artist" mode here! Amazed by your talent to get a great sketch from such a murky pic. You could probably do it from memory, I bet ;-)

Ouch that looks painful! Great action sketch Cass, I have to agree with the others that you probably didn't need the photo at all, you are so skilled at seeing & conveying the essential nature of everything you see around you in your work. Excellent piece thank you for sharing hugs ; )

I've no idea how you gleaned such detail from that little shot, I can't tell what's going on in there so I have to put it down to your experience with these beautiful creatures. Look forward to meeting them. Look forward to meeting you ;-) HUGS

Brilliant! This little sketch shows all the motion and power those kangaroos can get behind their hind legs. It's a great drawing Cassie, thanks for sharing it with us. hugs hard
