Everything looks great except for the texture of the table.. Maybe dirty it up a bit and turn down the bump.

wow, there is really just one thing to reallity: the transparent bones are to transparent and clear. dont ask me how fix this prob. But the rest is incredible and awsome realistic

It's a great image but you should make it clear that this is a recreation of an existing image originally made by Lipka Jozsef using 3ds max. The original can be seen here: http://www.cgtalk.com/showthread.php?t=115125.

Yes you are right. It's a recreation. The idea is not mine. I have to apologize for stealing his idea. But the original image looks just unbelieable good and real for me and I though it's a good exercise to try to recreate it in Cinema 4d. The original Image was created with Vray - in my opinion the currently best render engine for photorealism. (Damn, please Chaos Group make it work with Cinema! Fast!) So I gave it a try in Cinema to see if it is actually possible with Adavanced Render. After all I think, you can do it with AR - but not quite as good as Vray. The last bit of realim is left.
