I like the looks of 4 and 2. best of the desiges

1 and 4. I feel the Logo can be much larger. The bold black and yellow is very strong. The circles and curved forms in #1 are very strong. Showing the pain (injured ankle) is not necessary. There is no center of interest in any design. No one part is stronger than another. 1 and 4 come closest to having a well defined hierarchy.

for me it's number 4. cos all takes its space with the clearest message and interactive power. very cool.
