Description

The wind whips up great clouds of snow, dragging it up the hillside and high above the ridge. We used a GPS which is magic, as it lets you get on with enjoying the walk without constantly stopping to check the map (which is fun, and time consuming, in a high wind). Creag Leacach Eastern Highlands

Woooooooooow scary, no sign of the Tartan Taliban then? Must be off sunning their selves with the 890,000,000.00 windfall. Excellent shot frightening scene.

Nice shot, even if the conditions look a wee bit on the wild side, Anthony. Even around Tinto hill, near Biggar ( much much smaller ) the weather can change greatly. Rita knows a lot about Scottish 'weather'. Regards to you both, John.
