Description
This is more typical of handholding (braced against a fence) the 600mm f/8 mirror lens in these shooting conditions. 800ASA. Motion blur, and very difficult to focus.
Here, however, I like the effect.

He looks like an old man smoking a pipe - I like the motion blur in this instance as well.

Yes I can most definitely see how an f/8 aperture could be a problem without bright light.... Wonderful image though, even with the blur!

OK- someone needs to make a 600mm f1.4 and price it at around $200 (dreamin' huh?). OH- and make it less bulky so it's easy to hold a camera. (Don't we wish!) Hey, but all kidding aside- I do like this image- the blurring adds a certain "aire" to it.

I like how the eyes appear animated with the blur.

In spite of the blur: he's a real beauty!

i do enjoy the the motion blur here...seems as though he's caught between two worlds, two realms. He's stuck in reality but trying to reach some imaginary place he's only dreamed of. dunno why this one makes me cry but it does. orangs just touch my heart and soul.
