Description

The peregrine falcon is one of the worlds endangered species. After reading several articles I chose to draw my thoughts about the peregrine in charcoal and graphite. The original is 22" by 20". I am sharing a copy of this image in my free photos. Enjoy!! Any comments on how to photograph your artwork would be greatly welcomed.

As a thumb-nail preview I thought this to be a photograph, but after pulling it up and seeing it is a drawing I am even more surprised and especially delighted in seeing such multi-talents in a person. As for the drawing, may I say that it is magnificant and the regal pose of the Peregrine adds to the beauty of this artwork. Bravo!

Getting the 'Wanderer' to pose for you must have been difficult, Judith. One of my sons, when he can be bothered, does nice fine drawings like this, so that, from a foot or so away, one thinks they are photos. I admire the skill. Regards, John.
