Description

A couple of days ago while walking at Lamoines Point I came across this scene. It intrigued me because the tree had actually grown in the form of a circle and stood out quite readily. I had always used the black and white mode on my camera. Egmont has graciously given me some valuable tips on converting colour to black and white, so here it is, a colour conversion expressed in my favourite medium. Thankyou to everyone for inspiration and technical ideas. Judith

Thank you Judith but the honour belongs to you as your the one who not only captured the image, but also did the conversion. The focal point of interest and the application of compositions 'Golden Rule' is perfectly applied here. There is something special about the winter season where it is available. Knowing of your drawing abilities, I see it come to life in another medium here. Bravo!
