Description

Lava Enters the Sea. The main lava vent is far up the hill but lava from the vent travels underground thru lava tubes. Finally it find its way to the sea. Look slightly left of the center, you'll see some red smooth lava called pahoehoe. Also at the center lower right, lava is entering the see causing much steam. When lava enters the sea, it shatters into glass like black sand and eventually forms a black sand beach. Aloha and thank you for viewing.
