Description

- Scotland, Glen Affric - Further on another find I couldn't restsit to shoot. It was a special feeling to look through its branches into the sky. Hope you can see what I mean. It was like my soul would listen to an old melody. One thing I want to say. Some of you told me they would have taken more shots of one object. But I don't use a digital cam and I took only one film with me with 36 pics. The days were long and I had to save my shots for better and other situations which would come behind every corner and I didn't know what will come next. Sometimes I came to a treasure and the film was full, a depressing moment! And you also know how expensive it is paying for the process of a film. For 20 days I needed 9 films, expensive enough! Thanks for your visit and special comments. Have a tuned week! ;o)

I like this sort of picture, it just shows how amazing and different nature can be. I agree with your comments about film, since I've switched to digital I find I'm taking a lot more pictures and a greater variety of pictures, which is great fun.

Oh oh... I guess it would be time (high time) to ask for a digital camera for your next birthday... (or christmas). You're right, the power of digital is so great: you can shot hundreds of times the same thing and just keep one or 2... And all this is free!

Great shot, Rita. This tree is a bit like the Scottish weather - it creeps up on you sideways! You take good shots with a film camera. I cannot take good shots, even with a digital camera. Thanks for sharing the ones which you have taken. Warm regards, as always, John.

Even a tree has many turns in its life. This tree looks alive (lower part of its bark looks like he is angry). Excellent capture. Aloha

A tree wends its way here and there looking for the sun much as we search for love and happiness. This shot shows that soooo splendidly.
