...And here's the texture for that character. As I mentioned, I'm starting in 2D so I'm quite comfortable with this sort of stuff. This was simply drawn with a mouse in Paint Shop Pro, and wrapped around the model. Surprisingly simple. Much easier than UV mapping!!
