Description
wanted to clean up the waterline and sand- ended up reworking the whole pic. terrain is 513x513 at 1027 / 768...that's not a very easy dot size to work with! But it's all been fun and sooner or later I will be able to buy Terragen and i will then know how to use it a bit : ) pic was done in Terragen, the only post work was auto-levels in PS.
thanks for viewing and your feedback : )

I like the water color and surface colors, too. Beaches are hard to do well and this is a teriffic start!

Your water looks great.

This is your best render yet! Yes, the lighting is a little plain, as is the grass, but the realism on the beach is outstanding (IMO) The multi-level water line and just the right touch of foam makes this easy to believe. Perhaps a more exciting POV or a slightly higher camera angle could improve the setting, but the layers are just fine for the beach. I ran a soften filter followed by a 1.5 pixel unsharp, and it looks even better!

Nice pov and sand surface
Debon
Very good overall but try to get a little more movement on your water surface. Shore surface that is in contact with the water appears to be too clearly defined in terms of colour differentiation, play a little more with Fractal Noise to kinda diffuse it a bit. Very good effects overall. CHEERS!!!!!
