Description

This is a mouse painting again- done with a mouse in paint shop 7 . OK- IT was once a picture ... uhm now it's all pretty much smudged paint- using many sizes- lol then a few filters...... -just me and my crazy world throwing color around. When my Dad was on his deathbed he said to me "..IF I could do it all over again Kimmer, I would have spent more time with you kids"...it took me a whole year but I up and quit my sucessful Career and now do the whole stay home - _Mom thing_..sometimes I miss the other world but finding this site has helped!!..and, painting a little part my pride and joy today has been a real wonderful experiance! I have three daughters.....! Annemariethe taller older one in this picture -(almost 14) Janel the blonde(10) and Chrissy(seen in jump- (7). I had done paintings -(three)- of Chrissy but none of the other two so had two...so here they are together ---STORY here-- This is Annie and Nellie by the pool late one summer night..they had JUST discovered a praying mantis on the table(had never seen one before) and sO I thought it was so cute how they stood there in wonderment starring at it like pokey little puppys ....I snapped it with my really bad camera and loved the outcome- just not the cameras result. SO I painted it today. This represents Wonderment and discovery.

YOU HAVE A POOL???? ;o) This one is just perfect..p e r f e c t... You can almost tell how much you love your kids (they are beaUtiful by the way, good genes I would reckon, lol) by how excellent those paintings turn out. I love all your work, but "Jump" and this one really shows your entire talent and then some. Ooops...bla bla bla...hear me babble...what can I say Kimmer but this is another piece of ART that you need to feel very proud of. Well done!!!!!!!!!

Wow, again a wonderful painting!! But I have to agree with Zacko, this and JUMP are the best one, short after that, the painting with the little bear. You are an amazing talent and please never give up doing it, because you have a lot to give. Wonderful and vote, Kimarie!

Wow another great one but a master of getting that picture at the right time and paint out a great effect from those pictures. You should try out "ArtRage" at http://www.ambientdesign.com/artrage.html "ArtRage is a painting package designed to provide a realistic and fun simulation of using paint on a canvas, along with pens, pencils, crayons, and other tools. You can run ArtRage on a normal Windows machine with a mouse, but it works particularly well if you have a graphics tablet. Even better, running ArtRage on a TabletPC takes advantage of the unique interaction of pen and screen to produce a realistic painting feel." It FREE so check it out. Look forward to seeing more of your great pictures and paintings.

Reading the above comments it has been said what I wanted to say .. LOL .. easy way of saying it all ey? But just want to say that I think it would be cool if you had eg. Poser, to see what you could do with a simple render and then a paintover, I am sure you would create some unique artwork there also. Thanks for sharing - and showing your beautiful family this way!

...and a WONDER it is! Your daughters are all so very lovely....and you seem to have the unfailing ability to capture innocence and joy with a camera...and then unbelievably make it softer and more magical in your painting style. The look on their faces says it all. What a warm and enchanting image this is.....all I can say is, thank-you so much for sharing your family and your talent. vote

This is so beautiful. You have captured the amazement in their eyes! I worked the whole time that my kids were growing up, and when they were 12 and 13, my former husband left us. You know what? If I had stayed home with my kids, I wouldn't have had anything...know what? I don't have anything now, and I missed out on everything. It breaks my heart. GOOD FOR YOU!

You captured joy and wonder in their eyes.... I love your gallery. I'm amazed with what you do, and wish I had the abiltity to smudge color some colors around and make it look like something other than a blob of smudge colors.... I'm glad I found you here!
