Description
I've always liked photographing reflections. Guess they appeal to me as "natural collages".

A great picture! So let's get to the 'nuts and bolts' of things. First, I disagree that this is an abstract, second, I think it would be a much stronger image as a black and white or soft duo-toned version. There is so much wonderful activity going on that we lose it in colour by not focusing on the heart of the image. The chairs in fron all being empty is absolutly perfect, includiing the right of the image where we see only the back of it. Composition is dead on! By converting in Channel Mixer to B&W we do not concentrate on the chairs and their differences in colour. We go directly to the reflectiions and the people. I love how you managed to capture the older couple on the far right talking, then the two whos backs are towards us, framed in their own glass pane. I could go on and on, because there is so very much here. Superb!! V

First = VOTE. Second = I love to photograph reflections and I have one (at least) that nobody seem to understand that it is not a postworked post-effect. I must say that life is not black and white and the atmosphere here, in this airport waiting room, is dull by nature. Colour is perfect here and the crop is perfect ! Congrats !!!
