Description

Hello, Just trying out the volume lighting feature a bit & seeing what sort of different effects it can give me. Still playing a lot with posing - twiddling those dials sure can be tricky sometimes. I hope you like this one, I'm reasonably happy with it - I wont point out all the mistakes 'coz then you'll see them too & I'd hate to spoil it for you!!! Thankyou as always for your time & Comments. Dear Matt, WOW! And the title is so appropriate - she truly is a holy warrior confronted with face to face divinity. Jean d'Arc except perhaps a little more scantily dressed! ;-) The lighting works really well in this. Volumetric lighting is something I really miss when I'm using Poser4. When I get through developing and needing "instant" renders, I'll have to play with it some. I think you are already becoming quite the master with it. To get a few ideas of some really neat soft lighting (in Vue, but the concepts will transfer,) take a look at Philippe's ( PhG47 ) gallery. I think he holds the patent on soft. very cool lighting Matt,i have never really fooled with volume lighting except some transperencies from mapps...but this has sparked my interest..thanks..those art pills sure work for you..lol.

Well, I sure don't spot any of the "mistakes" that you mentioned-I think it looks fantastic!!! I love the pose and the lighting is very dramatic!!! EXCELLENT work!!!

the mistakes are minor in comparison to what you have created here :o) excellent scene and that volumetric lighting looks good something i may have to try one day Chris :o)
