Description
We finally have a picture of our new baby "SPIKIE"
He's a Peek. He loves to go after the toilet paper roll and drag it down the hallway. He also likes to play "Touch My Nose" with my wife (DIANE603). She asks him if she can touch his nose and he sticks out his face for her. She also litter box trained him in two days because we live on the third floor of our condo and he is so small to be fighting snow banks right now.
He also thinks there is another dog in our entertainment center. When he see's his reflection, he barks and talks to it. My wife said he gets that from me!

my sister has one of these dogs and he is spoiled rotten. he was mistreated some time in his life, because if anyone except my sister or brotherinlaw looks at him he goes ballistic. great capture of your new "baby" and I hope he lives a long time and gives you and Diane lots of enjoyment

What a precious baby! How old is he? Peeks are the most adorable puppies, (I think). My daughter had one named Chrissy, and on Valentine's Day one year my daughter went into a convenience store to get a soda, and when she got back to the car Chrissy was gone. We were heartbroken! We presumed someone had walked by, seen her and decided she would make a perfect Valentine's gift for a loved one. Peeks are playful, sassy, barky, and are good at stealing things...like your heart! What a darling dog!! That is such a good shot of him. I know you will enjoy watching him grow up and become more attached to him every day. Animals make such wonderful subjects for the camera!!

Seeing the thumbnail it reminded me of a porcupine, but he's adorable more up close. :) I love Pekingese dogs. My mother used to have one.

Spikie is a gorgeous boy... have you been taking lots of photos of him? He looks like he's thinking "oh heck, here they come with that flashing thing again... better just look cute..." I love this shot! I can almost feel the soft hairs on his ears! Please give him a nice long cuddle from me! ...and he has the cutest little button nose! Awwwww!
