Description

We finally have a picture of our new baby "SPIKIE" He's a Peek. He loves to go after the toilet paper roll and drag it down the hallway. He also likes to play "Touch My Nose" with my wife (DIANE603). She asks him if she can touch his nose and he sticks out his face for her. She also litter box trained him in two days because we live on the third floor of our condo and he is so small to be fighting snow banks right now. He also thinks there is another dog in our entertainment center. When he see's his reflection, he barks and talks to it. My wife said he gets that from me!

This is a terrific image of a perfect little face!!! I'm usually not a dog person, but there is no way I could turn away this precious mug if he showed up at my house. This is a great shot, you did an excellent job. I always wanted to take up photography but was all thumbs. You seem to have a knack for it. Keep up the good work and I'm looking forward to seeing more of your puppy and anything else that you have to offer!!! :) ;)

You can even see that cute wet nose in your great photo. Very appropriate to see a doggy pic today as here in the UK is the world famous Crufts Dog show- I'm sure he is your Best In Breed :O) Well done

Ohhhh...my first impulse was to jump into the screen and pet this little guy!!!. Laws of physics will tell this is still impossible, at the risk of severe equipment damage to begin with!!.lol. Congrats for these new member of the family and a great lovely picture, capturing the moment!BIG V

"SPIKE" is so cute!!! The toilet paper thing will probably be lifelong. We had 3 "kids" with the same obsession...as well as other paper of any kind. One would unroll it to enable the smaller one to have a turn. This is a great picture you captured of your little guy. Excellent shot!

What a wonderful shot, and a special glimpse into your life through what you wrote. I bet that cute little (dare I say, Don King Looking) dude has a hard time with the snow banks. (Actually, I don't know if Don King was ever that cute! I certainly have never wanted to hug Don King and I sure do want to hug spikie, and squeeze him, and love him. Gathering from the phenomenal response to your image, I'm not alone! Well, the response is well deserved. It's a great shot - well cropped - of a wonderful subject! We're blessed that you shared it with us. So blessings right back at you... (Oh, hey, my wife just walked by and she thinks he's adorable. I'm gonna keep this image handy for when she get's upset with me. I'll show her this and she'll be like, AWWWWWWW. AWWWWW He's so cute....AWWWWW ---- And I think the tension will just melt away - no matter how much I deserve it [grin]) So thanks!

What a wonderfully expressive close-up portrait, Jon. You've done and amazing job of capturing Spike's character and those amazingly soulful and intelligently alert eyes. A long time ago, I had a dacshund, so I know what you mean about wee dogs and snowdrifts. Your excellent photo is filled with charm and unusual clarity of focus. V

Very nice close shot. It's nice and clear. Pets are so wonderful and how entertaining they can be too. I had a cat once that came flying out of the bathroom with the TP. Took every stitch off the roll too. LOL
