Description

Sleepless nights: This picture was taken at a far distance and I know its bad shot. But if you were the owner of this new house, would you be sleeping at nights? Aloha and thank you for viewing.

that's a funny looking shot and i don't mean that in a bad way..i mean to see glowing red smoke pouring out from the left and right with a house smack dab in the center!!! i wonder if home owners insurance covers the type of repairs...heh heh!!! excellent shot, love how you captured the glow of the lava!!!

I would not even be around if I owned it. Still an effective shot.

Hey.. wow that is some smoke coming up there behind that house. I am not sure I would be sleeping that good at nights :-) Had to be this distance to get the impressive effect of the smoke. I like it!!

The risk of building houses close to volcanoes.... Impressive shot, no fun for the owner (but a good memory nevertheless! ;)!

People are nuts for trying to build in an area know to be prone to lava flows, but I guess he just couldn't pass up on the price of land. ;) Great, moody image!

Kort... When we do go back to Kalapana for more pictures, wait till you see this other guys house. He just got to be nuts, lol. Its on the same slope from where the lava is coming down from. The only road is lava, lava, and more lava to his house. Aloha
