Description

Ultrafractal 3.02 Here's one that's a little more "fractal". The colors and form seemed to have an oriental vibe and reminded me of sushi - ALWAYS thinkin' 'bout chow time! lol Hence the title "Salmon and Wasabe" in english. Also sorta reminded me of some of Toby's colorful stuff and that he lives in Japan, so it's sorta dedicated to him in appreciation for all of the nifty formulas he's given us UF users and since he's such a fine human being too. Uses the "Splash" formula in bje.ufm and one layer of "pixel" in mt.ufm along with the Gnarly Orbit Traps, fbm Popcorn Traps, Thingamajigs, Tapestry-x and String Art Colorings. Sorry for being kinda quiet, lately - definitely being laid off no later than Sept. 30 and it's kinda crushed my groove some. Might end up going back to school a couple more years if Joie and I can swing it and keep the house...go figure - I'd sure be the oldest student they have. Not sure I can hold that much beer anymore, either! :?) Thanks for stopping by - y'all are the BEST! Rick

this is wonderful. i like it when you're fractaling a bit more. in my eyes it has more "substance" than these illustrating images. there's more left for the viewers fantasy. keep it up!

It personally gives me the feeling of creme de mint(smooth and creamy), but that is me. It is just absolutely beautiful. I love the swirls in there a very nice touch.

Classic or non-classic fractal, they're all in your own remarkable, recognizable style, which is of an almost onearthly beauty!! Thanks for sharing this beautiful piece of art.

Just remember, being laid off is your opportunity to find new direction and fresh challanges in life. It may, believe it or not, be the best thing to happen to you. If not, I am sorry to hear about though... I'm curious how this would look if you shifted the hue of the oranges a bit more towards, well, salmon?

Lovely springtime look about it! Very beautiful! Sorry to hear you are definitely getting laid off, I hope it turns out to be a very positive thing in the end! And as for being an old student; try Katanna, she also went back to school! And students drink loooooooot's of beer!

Never seen Sushi, living in the South, but this is really pretty. Really delightful Rykk. As for your being laid off...well, we are just going to have to pray about that.
