Excellent!!! I like this, a few straws in the foreground, frozen in the snow, dominating the image. Great colors, too!

nice one boss!!! love your pov and compostition! i can feel the wind hitting my face...causing that one long tear streak i always seem to get when out in the cold shooting...heh heh!!! excellent lighting and color!!! very well done!!!

those are some great lookin' straws there, Andreas! i've always loved these, but i gotta tell ya, i've never seen them growing up out of the snow like this!!!! dunno if that's normal or if these are some STRANGE straws!!! LOL! Anyway, it's verrrrry beautiful and unusual, and i like that!!! Strange is good sometimes! I love the warmth here despite the cold snow. The sun is out and that sky is soooo blue!! What a gorgeous day and a fantastic foto!!!!! :)

Another great one Andreas. I like the golden straw..as if it has absorbed the warmth of the sun despite where it is rooted. Set against the cold trees there is depth of feeling in here. There's a reason why you have 2 in the top 20 y'know.... :-)) Congratulations bud!
