I see you get inspired for more plain photography too; you do well, girl! Just do what brings fun!

It looks like a wading rhinoceros! I think perhaps if you zoomed in more or brought more water into the picture it might help. It's a nice plain picture, but it needs to be framed by its environment somehow...

Silly me, I was looking for a drain nearby. Then, Oh yea, it does. Like a dutch wooden shoe made for those muddy dutch countrysides with windmills. That's an interesting find. ')

I think the 'clog' is a little large in the frame, and maybe the stone top left should have been postworked out. But good mottled water, its an interesting stone with good worn appearance and colour. When I see objects like this I wonder about their history, how did it get there, how long has it been there, what caused the wear and tear, etc, etc. Oh, and where in the world did you take the picture. It's a thought provoking image which shows imagination in taking the shot in the first place. Good work.

Yes, fom Holland, there they have clogs like this one. Love the sharpness and textures of the stone in contrast to the diffuse water. Wonderful shot Pascale!

Thats a stone?! I could have sworn it was some weird looking potatoe... It is such a perfect shot when it comes to clarity and such....(my poor english skills makes it hard to find the right terms)....but i would be lying if i said it was beautiful, LOL. But dont sweat it...i have yet to find a gorgeous stone....or a potatoe for that matter. You are an exceptional photographer and you keep proving that with every single upload!!! You just have a marvelous sunday ya hear!!!!!! Hugs Andreas #:o)
