Description

onions ;celery; bell pepper these you dice up. THEN YOU SAUTE THEM WITH 2 CLOVES OF GARLE MINCED. Add a quart of tomato sauce and 5 or 6 tomatos cut up ;and a bay leave. Add thyyms and oregano. Some cajan mix seasons [some of each paprika; black and white pepper; red pepper; garlic powper; onion powder; salt; and rosemary and some more spices you like] Cook all this to a boil for 15 minutes Then add shimp and imiation crabmeat. Oh I added cut up whole jalapeno and hiba peppers[the hottest in the world just a 1/2 of one will do] Now without the meat you got "Creale Sauce" you can add what ever meat you wish to it or just put it on rice and eat it as is. I do not eat this all the time. I just made this up with crab and shimp. The creole sauce you can find on the net . There 1000 recipes for it lol. I added some of my own stuff to it. I cooked it myself. thanks for looking and reading. sorry I got you all hunger again

This is wonderful Jock. I've made shrimp creole before! I added a bit of cayenne pepper to mine to give it some zip. Yummy picture! V (:

Hummmmmmmmmm, it looks so goooooooddddddddd!!!!! My only regret is the use of powder for garlic and onion and other spices .. don't you have onions and garlic in your country ?? I am french and I like cooking with original vegetables and spices :)) But I am pleased to know that you cooked it by yourself :)) Wonderful!!

excellent and delicious looking food, but the hottest chili is from India. far surpasses anything we have here(100 times hotter), but I can not even eat a jalapeno. too hard on my stomach but they do taste wonderful
