Description

Friendly Neighborhood. Most of the houses around this area had been Wiped Out from past lava flows. All the roads were over run and covered with lava. It is not easily accessible to these homes. To get to the forest line, you must walk about an hour or more on this rough lava terrain. Danger still exist as the active lava flow is about a couple miles away and it could easily change direction. I'm just amazed of this guys life style. He carriers his food and water to no mans land. Aloha and thank you for viewing.

I saw a show called extreme homes, and this guy lived on the side of a volcano in Hawaii, not sure if that's his place or not, but, WOW!!!!

Wow, this is amazing, Errol. I love the composition, in that you resisted the urge to zoom in on the house, but instead showed us the whole scene so we could see how isolated this place is. Well done.

I love being secluded but oh wow .... I can drive to get my food and drink. That guy hasta be a hermit L ... I imagine it's his home and he'll not be going anywhere permanently .. I sure hope he is able to return to it after the smoke dissipates ..and surely pray his home is not run over by lava! .. TY so much for sharing this Errol.
