Description
The early morning fog lifted as I drove toward our starting point, Bethesda near Bangor.
We were treated to a spectacular drive through the swirling fog, and as the sun burnt its way through at last, Snowdonia was laid out before us.
Our plan was to take in the second and third highest tops in Wales. It was a walk of about 25 Km and we had no time to waste taking photos of the mist clearing, the mountains were waiting and the day looked like it was going to be a stunner.
