Description

Driving further west toward the Ogwen Valley. The shark-fin shaped mountain called Tryfan plunges its north ridge directly down to the A5 road and the delightful Llyn Ogwen. ^^/\^^ We have to drive past it, although its crying out....begging to be climbed, but not today as we have grander ideas. The morning mist has cleared and its already getting hot. Weird, its 19th of March and it looks like the winter kit will be left in the car and I'm already regretting not bringing suntan lotion, but it's March? Its HOT! whats going on?

This is such a beautiful scenic view. I have a feeling that one day you might adventure into this mountain. It looks awfully dangerous though. Very interesting is the rocks next to the road. Over all picture is breathtaking. Sun Tan Lotion???? LOL.......... I never used that even during my all day out fishing days. Excellent and interesting capture. Aloha

Great composition Anthony. I did the 14 peaks in / around Snowdonia in 48 hours for charity a long time ago when I was younger & a lot lot fitter. This I think was number 8 on day 1. Just about killed me!!

Looking at it I would have driven past it too, but I am surprised that you did, looks a challenging climb. Wonderful landscape. Sorry about all the e-bots :-)
