the simple faded sky really shows off the fantastic modeling. you have a keen eye for realism. it is difficult for me to make any suggestions because you are a cut above most of us. but i do think Othosmops has a point. i am not sure what could be done about it, perhaps different texture. i only say this because there are many who would like to see your art go as far as it can. (in the game of golf, the competition is yourself) i am greatful for the standards you have set. it has given me a path to follow and inspiration to improve.

Pretty good, Ken. The only thing that bothers my eye still, is the stone texture over the entire building. The scale is not right. If you can see the size of the building stones from this distance, standing next to the building the scale, in reality, would probably match the stones used to build the pyramids in Egypt. I still think the stones here need to be much smaller in scale. Oh, also, aren't the tiles for the roof and towers more a blue, or blue/gray? I seem to recall that this period of chateau design had roof tiles more blue/gray than gray. Your shadows and lighting look good. Overall, a good job. Just recheck the items I mentioned.

So, you redesigned Chambord :)) Great work!! Your composition is wonderful and the perspective absolutely perfect. I have some remark on the proportion of the sky : in my opinion, this composition would be better with less sky, for example : 2/3 ocuupied by the main subject, and 1/3 occupied by the sky :)) It's my opinion, you can have a different opinion :)) Anyway, a wonderful work!!

When are the opening hours? Looks so quiet and innocent. Must be pre Easter. Brilliant one Ken. The result is just awesome. The wip version was excellent too, but to see the complete one is a different story.

Wow it looks so real :) well done ... I'd have gone for less sky though ... it's so overpowering, more garden maybe - but excellent all the same :D

Dear Ken, I've gotten behind on gallery visits, AGAIN, but I'll be catching up - it's really awful but sometimes Meredith has to work - darn! It getting harder and harder to keep up with all my friends! I need a 72 hour day at least! But then I suspect that we all could use one. It looks like you've reached an end. The last of the hammers and trowels are set aside. It is truly beautiful! It is so nice to see this final completed version of such an awesome project!! Excellent work! Love, Meredith
