Description

This image was done from DEM's from Washington State (Victoria sector). The focus was on mood and atmo. The original image was 4000x3000 and took 74 Hours to render on my Dual G4 (now a "render hog" since my recent acquisition of a Dual G5). All details were on and atmo/clouds at max ! During the image reduction process some lines came out in the water, please forgive me for these...the original did not show this ! Might be the jpeg process or other... Another Doctored image :)...super colors, view and believe it or not...I live on the Gulf Coast and have seen straight lines on the ocean very similar to this. Excellent image!!!

I love the way the patches on the water break up the sun's reflections. Excellent low sun picture ...very warm and beautiful. I agree with Mark. I once read where this effect is caused by the planet's harmonics.
