Description

In a somewhat secluded spot, just off a winding, two-lane highway, stands this relic. I've driven past it many times over the last 4 years, each time wondering what it was for and who built it. Progress and city living environs are fast encroaching on the rolling hills of this countryside. One day, it'll be wiped out like a dozen other old buildings I've seen demolished there. Not much- just an old shed. It's returning to dust, as all things eventually do. We all have our day- make your days worth it. Concord (2 megapixel) camera, Photo Shop, Flaming Pear Melancholytron and Aetherize plugins. Yipee- it's Friday! Thanks, and leave a comment if you are so inclined.

The sepia tone suits the image perfectly. That barnwood would make some nice picture frames! Excellent photo Paul!

Very nostalgic for me. Great shot. If this were in my back yard, I would leave it just like it is.
