Description

One thing for sure, making rough waves isn't easy in Vue. It took me hours to get this effect. It might be my lack of familiarity with the prog however. I wasn't going to post another boat pic, haha, but in the end I was quite happy with the waves so I thought why not. Boat by Paroge 3D, coloured by me, gulls by Colin Swift - thanks to them! Vue 4.12

This is absolutely gorgeous!! BTW, after a short glimpse over Vue5i I mentioned that contains special presets for sea waves.

Gorgeous work on the waves - especially in Vue 4. Vue 5 has some interesting new features to make it somewhat easier to produce convincing waves but this image is agood as it gets in my book.

I usually don't like boat scene, but I have to admit your is nice. It could be improved by better antialiasing settings. Are you sure you are using the latest update for Vue 4 ?

I'm not quite sure about the texture of the water here but I love the atmosphere of the image and the overall look! The sky is, as always, gorgeous, and those tones of grey are so soft and pleasing to the eyes! Cool work dear! :)
