Description

My moods will go up and down in this journey we call life... Because life is an ocean of movement of many waves. My journey in life has been full of struggles...full of difficulty. But I will overcome these, for in doing so, I will have the reward of succeeding. I have developed strength, altho it's a quiet strength. I have developed resolution, altho that too is a quiet resolution. On this journey in life I have regarded my problems and depression as enemies. But these difficulties have also made me a skilled travelor through life. My problems and difficulties are developing in me inner strength. I will not be overcome, frightened or beaten by problems, people or depression. I will learn from them, and use the lessons learned. I will win. I will succeed. ***Sorry, the last week has been a hard one for me, "HE" is breathing down my neck, and trying to keep myself from letting myself sink back into depression. Not sure what is bringing it on. But fighting it...This post was sorta a "Pep Talk" to myself.Sorta "BITE ME!" to depression if you will...

Dear Ginny, STAY BUSY!!!! Fill up NOW with activity! He belongs to the past and maybe to the future - just focus on making NOW as happy as possible and He can't crowd into it. Forget about yesterday, and forget about tomorrow - and to do that fill today - this very moment with something happy!! And yes, telling HIM to BITE ME helps - but even better is to forget him - crowd him out of yoru life!!! It's worked for me - maybe it'll work for you too! All My Love, Meredith

Not sure what is going on... but it sounds like u need to ditch the "HE" (Meredith is absolutely right) Ahhh... know all about depression... and lol there always seems to be a "HE" at the foot. Men suck sometimes. But Dont u let anyone... not even a HE... have any evil power over u. You seem strong though... ull overcome.

Hi Ginny, you have already proven that you have strength by posting here. Its a great pep talk you have shared with us, the words are strong and the resolve hard. All it takes now is to just stand and move on. I believe that you can do it with out looking back. ;0)

Stones weather, even volcanoes pass...but water endures, and keeps flowing, going where it will...when blocked, it simply finds another way, even becoming clouds (with Air's support and...Friendship!) to pass the obstacle...or it just waits, patiently, enduring, wearing away, wearing a way... Ginny, I'm sure you have the power to succeed, perhaps (probably?) beyond your most extravagant fantasies! Just keep pushing...push anywhere! If HE gets in the way, push somewhere else: Leave HIM behind! All men are pigs: You can find a better pig any day! :) (BTW, I'm a man. A pig.)(Not that I'm suggesting I'm a BETTER pig! :) Just that I'm not trying to start a sexist war by my comment.)
