Description

Graceful Guardian is one of my graphite and charcoal drawings. I use a flat brush for the powdered graphite and charcoal along with a 6B and 2B graphite pencil. Last fall when I was walking by the Cataraqui River a Great Blue Heron flew by landing in the tree above me. Their movements are a real thing of beauty to see. have not worked with powdered graphite... would think it very smooth & great for light shading... wonderful curves & line!! :]

You are such an amazing artist!!!!! And also an amazing person from what i can tell. This is really a beautiful drawing, i think that the fact that the bird is slightly offcentered really makes this into one perfect compo!!!!! YOU RULE!!!!
