Okay...this is my second go at making a planet. I took some of the suggestions from my previous version of the planet and redid the mats for the canyons, and redid the sky and water. The sky is a couple of library presets I tweaked, and a couple I did myself. keep the comments and criticisms coming, I really appreciate them. T4V.
----I know the texure on the smaller moon is stretched; I'm not sure if it's the mat or the placement/atmosphere that's causing it, but I'm gonna fix it.

I'm diggin this, fix the smaller moon and even out the star distribution. Is that a Nebula behind your planets? (might want to add some colors) Keep going, I want to use this for my Desktop.

Great work H !!....the land mats are looking good...you may find the upper moon is begining to go egg-shaped (stretch)....this will happen when your camera angle is about 60 degrees or above....the only way to fix it is either go with a smaller camera angle...or move both moons lower in your image prior to render as this will bring the smaller moon nearer the centre ...it will stretch less the nearer the centre it gets...good luck!!

Your making great progress...keep it up

Cool view and starfield/nebula. If that is the moon from Dusted (looks very similar) then you are right, I stretched the terrain texture quite heavily.

Yeah, lewis, the moons are yours, I needed some "stand-in moons" until I could Finish the mats on my own...hopefully they'll be done the next time I post an image of this planet.
