whoaaa... that's hot...! i reall ylike the light here... ! an amazing pic! classy ! i love the way the shape of the tree - or better these heaps of leaves give a certain touch here... and a wonderful blue... not too saturated but... i like that a lot!!! :) hugs well thanks cassie for sharing... :)

Is this a shot from your garden, or near your home? It would be nice if it was. Actually, bleak sunsets like this always depress me somewhat ;-) The chill is in the air, friends are drifting away and I'm not looking forward to the next day! Tis a very poignant shot therefore... :-) Hullo? Something has caught the light in the field to the left. Wonder what it could be? Ps! I've posted the solution to my MINIMALISM1 post, if anyone is interested?!

What a beautiful sunset. The tree is like a beacon on the horizon. It looks like you captured this picture at just the right time of day to portray a great sense of stillness and peace, like the earth taking a big sigh as it settles down for the night. thanks for sharing it! hugs
