Before I even read your text I immediately thought of Christian, so as a homage it most definitely works! It's in equal parts you though, as Bev said. I particularly like the overhead shot on the right, with some tinting I could imagine it working as an album cover L. Thank you for sharing this Cass hugs :-)

I like the framework and the dusky pink and dull gold theme, the mushrooms? on the right look very cool. It also took me a moment to realise that the two large mushrooms aren't actually sitting together on the same log, and that the top centre one and the smaller one just to the right are the same one from different angles... they're all composed so cleverly that it seems like the three of them are both sitting together on the same log. It's very cunningly done!

Better late than never, eh? ;-) I can see you're getting into the graphic design spirit here! This is always more difficult than it looks, but I think you're chosen just the right colours for the subject, and added some sharp graphic architecture to spice it up. The subject is intreging, one I wouldn't mind learning more about myself! This would make a nice postcard for a nature reserve...! Must write to you, dear. There's a lot of creative and worldly things happening, all spinning around... Till then, N.
