Description

An alternative view down Gatesgarthdale heading further upwards on a walk up to Dale Head. In the distance you can see the tail-end of Buttermere & the start of Crummock Water. If I won the lottery I would build a house somewhere around here - although I think the planning permission would take a few large bribes to force through!! Yes, you can see the car here, but no, it's not the 'spot-the-car' photo! But I guess you're getting bored of all that so I'll post it as the next photo. Promise ;-) Thank you for your comments re: 'dieing for your art', hand is now fully 'healed' though I think the nerve damage & numbness will be permanent. I was never gonna beat Tiger Woods anyway.... 20D 17-40L @ 27mm (as portrait) F5.6, 1/320 ISO 100. Quality sadly greatly reduced to get under RR size limit.... Many thanks for views & kind comments! ~Steve~

The colours and hues on this capture are really great. What an amazing example of natural erosion! What a valley! Breathtaking!
