Description

Well, I like the surf effect. You ever do one of these and not know if it's good or not? I think I like this a lot, but, who knows? Took overnight to render but I got some good 3d effects out of it anyway. dmj's good old fbm Julia. UF 3 built-- small amount of color correction in photoshop-- added a tiny bit of blue to deepen the green sea. The genre might be overstated but I get sick of putting abstract when that's not what I'm seeing.

I think I like this a lot, also. It seems one could go surfing to a beach on a sea of numbers.

VERY cool fractal, Emily! Your right - great depth to it. Hmmm, if not "abstract" than maybe "Impressionist"? Since it gives the vibe of sea foam and a small inter-tidal pool?
