Quite realistic. If you're looking for feedback, I think there should be a groove for the fingernail to pull the blade out.

I agree with Geekholder, I have the same knife and I think you should apply little noise bump to surface and to emboss the logo. Beside that this gray element at the bottom never fit perfectly to the rest.

Hmm, well here's the catch. It looks all plastic, try to raytrace the metal parts for more realism...show us the blades a little more, and add a little bump (or actually edit the geometry) on the toothpick...cus it just looks too perfect to be real :)
