Dear Don, this is just TOO sweet for words!!! (But - I'll see if I can come up with a few!!) First thank you so much for this stunning classic! Its a perfect shade of my favorite pink! Woo-hoo!! And since I SAW under the hood of yours before I knew you were going to get me one, (Guys please pay VERY close attention to the following,) I know that there is a very serious 427 tri-carb rat motor waiting there, coupled with a close ratio 4 speed and a 4.88 posi in back. Lets add some 50-50 Konis in rear and some 90-10s in front and a scattershield because I only pull at the red line better add a rev limiter just in case. Top to bottom blueprint, port and polish, add the ZL-1 aluminum heads, and a windage tray and deep sump. Factory out and all roller in! 9 inch slicks in back and Little Meredith is ready for a little fun at the next stop light. Good dry rough concrete, bring it to four, Light! Clutch out and accelerator down together got to watch for wheel hop eight coming up, feet on the floor, Pull! Close ratio still fat in the torque range eight coming, Slam It! Third pulling hard and almost time, Pull! Take a good look at my taillights! WOO-HOO!!! Shut it off, shut if off, buddy now I shut you down!!
