Description
Elbryan tossed and turned in his bedroll, he hated these hard stone buildings, much happier would he be if he was deep in the local forest, sleeping with the stars. He knew he would never find rest so he threw his cover from him and headed for his equipment, no sleep for you tonight, he thought to himself. He headed outside to take a walk around the hardly used courtyard, the grass was tall here, and his light steps made little dents that filled with fog after his foot vacated the spot. He found this place to be a sancuary of sorts, it had an untouched feeling, he laid his bow down and stood gazeing into the milky white clouds of fog hopeing to catch a glimpse of a star, or perhaps the moon. A little lantern that someone had placed out here was his only companion, in the dim lumination he could see his tatoo's, he could feel them as well, all Aelfborn had them, they were to keep the madness away, the madness of being half elf, half man, some said it was the evil elves blood that corrupted the pure humans, others said it was the lowly human blood that did not go with the high elf blood. He sighed, and looked up again at the sky, hopeful, a star shot past, and he slowly smiled, he loved this place, he loved the silence of it. Rudly his revire was broken by the harsh sound of an alarm horn coming from the nearest tower. His pulse jumped, other horns sounded from across the city fortress. Elbryan rushed to his archers, his troops, he was the Sage of The Whisper of the Wind, the eleet of the archers, they had all heard the call of the wind that guided there arrows true and trusted themselves to it. He roused them quickly he sent a squad of 20 to the north, south, and west walls, while he would take the remaining to the east wall, where the first horn had sounded. With practiced precision his orders were carried out. He rushed out again to his special spot in the courtyard, this time followed by his soldiers, the smell of fear, and death. He almost winced at what his once beatiful spot had become, the grass was down trodden, smashed by the many troops that were organizeing, some still stood, defying the soldiers boots, the pools of fog in the deep dents took the innocence from the place, and made it, eerie. Elbryan stoped here and waved his squad past to the tower makeing sure they all knew where to go. the fog was clearing, he saw other troops rushing to there positions. Everything was going smoothly, yes indeed, he thought, the Trinity had been well prepared for this day.

Oh man...that looks sweet..but you know what would look really cool? Try and do a large valley, and then add the same fog. Then put in a whole row of soldiers(so that it looks like an army) with their weapons waving in the air(or something). And when you combine all of that with the mist...it will look awsome.
