Description
The hoop petticoat daffodil is one of the smallest daffodils on earth. Maximum size is 20 cm (6 inch) long, but I never saw one that big.
It is pretty clear where their name comes from.
The hoop petticoat daffodil is a species mostly used in alpine gardens.
