Description

One of my last Bryce5 pictures (yes, I've got 5.5! :) ), but I'm not too happy with it. I have the POV that I want but the shack on the middle right and the house on the lower left distort too much and appear much larger than they should. (All buildings and other props are to same scale. Suggestions? I also wanted to add some trees, but was afraid that I'd push the MBs over the top and crash. (You'd be amazed how often I manage to do that.) :( Thanks for looking and for any comments that might help me make this work better. Regards, Jeremy ****** Credits: Buildings: Luca Rodolfi, Sven Daennart, and Chikako Hatanaka. Bridge: by Josef Silva of 3droad.com. River boats: River boat: Basic boat by Walker Bros. and the Sails, mast, and rigging are adapted from "Drakkar" viking ship. Ground texture: Jonathan Allen

This is a really nice image. It would look really good if you added some roads to the town and increased the picture quality.

Looking good so far. :) I might be able you with some trees in Bryce.. What I've done before is to render a couple of trees in a seperate scene.. Save their images and then load them back into your scene here as a 2D picture object.. Obviously.. they won't look good up close, but you can mix them up and fill the back ground with them.. Saves a lot on resources. Look at my image, Wounded: http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=827512&Start=1&Artist=Reddog9&ByArtist=Yes I did almost all of the tree's and grass this way. Only did a couple of real trees for the up close stuff.

Well done work as always. Not criticism however I agree that trees and trails could add to the project. A couple humans and a cow, reindeer. or two. LOL. I realize that far north terrain is commonly treeless. Regards to U2 bro. :-)
