Description

Inspired by Madmouse's excellent 'Ancient Warrior' image. Very much a Work In Progress, this is an experiment using hand-drawn textures and the LUUV plugin and UVMapper and transparency hair amongst things. Head is modelled with SDS, background is an old one I had lying around my hard drive. I intended to follow Steve's excellent tutorial and use the Alpha Hair plugin but got sidetracked. The entire project is currently on the back burner as I'm waiting for further inspiration. I got sidetracked into making a new background image which has my interest now - plus the thought of trying to come to grips with tS bones...plus I have a spaceship I want to model...plus someone just bought me series 1 of "Farscape" on DVD... Oh yeah then there's the real world, eating and sleeping and stuff... All and any comments and critiques most welcome.

Great image Stephen. Thanks for the praise to, your too kind. I like the head that you've modeled, you should definately contimue with it when you get chance, and if you try my tutorial and get stuck give me a shout and i'll help out. Steve :o)
