Description

he once stood tall in his cobbler's shoes
his stature now bent by a heavy heart
old brown derby keeps falling off
no friends now, he's lost his touch
smells the shamrocks more than most
sees no sun, moon or stars
carries a pain no one knows
the cudgel was his father's
broken in a fight

It's been raining for two days now... this is all I got... ;) Thanks for looking. Lou.

Nice job Lou, short and precise, but wonderfully descriptive.
