Description

Quickly recovering from the shock of the apparition before them, Neela reached up and snatched the necklace from the air. "Come on!" she shouted as she turned and ran. The three thieves ran for the exit as the ghost let out a terrifying wail. Not daring to look back they ran back down the maze of corridors. The air within them, however, was no longer still. It became increasingly alive with the sound of flesh and bone moving supernaturally on the stone and dirt floor. Gnarled hands reached up at them from the ground as they went. Shambling bodies began to rise before them. They ceased running only long enough to free one another when one had become caught by the moving dead. Nightsong cast spells of bright light to help slow the growing number of pursuers. The cave leading out was just ahead.

... and it seems that they are are wading through a pool of bones and sculls and other icky stuff... guess this would be enough to keep me away from that place - no need for undeads or even worse! ;o) A "nice" scary image!
