A Leaf Beetle, Chrysolina fastuosa
Bodylenght: 14 - 20 mm
Very common in europe, lives in halfshaded moist places such
as hedgerows and along forest paths. Not found on the islands.
They dont fly.
Couldnt find more on this gorgeous beetle, if you have more

I won't IM you. Just want to tell that this is called "bousier" in french. I don't know exactly why we call them like this but I assume the reason is because we can find them close to bullshits. Probably they eat them, also, I dunno... Anyway, whatever they feed with, this guy has always been one of my favs and this shot is just one of your masterpieces...
