Ok, maybe time for a change of pace here. I was just taking a photo of this pickerel weed growing in the swamp, when this bee flew into the picture. It was pretty neat the way that worked out.

I ordered some extension tubes to use with my zoom lens, and this should allow me to make some macro shots, even though my zoom is not a macro. They should be here today...we'll see. Later, I plan to buy a 'real' macro lens. I have seen people get photos very close with that setup.
